In the 4th minute Ola Bergvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Wahlnäs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Wahlnäs came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Avantgarde's Ola Bergvall. But to his dismay, Ola Bergvall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, Avantgarde's Georg Fernström got control of the ball when Ragnar Söderström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Avantgarde's Georg Fernström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Avantgarde from getting a goal against them. John Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Kenneth Bergkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Georg Fernström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Georg Fernström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Björk in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Albäck in the 38th minute of play forced Avantgarde's goalkeeper Georg Fernström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avantgarde's Georg Fernström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Sjöberg in the 40th minute of play. When Ola Bergvall fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Avantgarde's protests and gave Ola Bergvall a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Avantgarde getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ola Bergvall hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Ragnar Söderström notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Avantgarde's Georg Fernström. Georg Fernström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ragnar Söderström made the kick off in the second half. Kenneth Bergkvist hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Ragnar Söderström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Georg Fernström. Avantgarde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ragnar Söderström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dick Strandberg during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dick Strandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Georg Fernström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Söderström in the 74th minute of play. Georg Fernström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Sjöberg in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Aaron Sjöberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Georg Fernström. Avantgarde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Sjöberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Frank Wahlnäs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Österlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Frank Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Bergvall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Alex Österlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Avantgarde were furious when Kenneth Bergkvist was red carded, 89 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Avantgarde:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nytäppet Fc:s goal. Nytäppet Fc's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
