BuanaRaya's Topan Sucipto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save BuanaRaya from getting a goal against them. A collision led to BuanaRaya getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Leo Yustisio hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the game, BuanaRaya's Dian Sinambela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cesar McCollum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx's Cesar McCollum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Muttaqien in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of BuanaRaya booed when Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maria Bérard didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 minutes, Thibault Aguilera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx and the BuanaRaya players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx! After a rather tough play, BuanaRaya's Vicky Hasyim got a free kick in the 41st minute. Topan Sucipto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maria Bérard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Thomas Muttaqien ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesar McCollum was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After the first half BuanaRaya were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maria Bérard was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx got a freekick which was hit by Maria Bérard. A collision led to BuanaRaya getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Iswadi Monginsidi hit a great ball. Hendro Giro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dian Sinambela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar McCollum having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Otto Fortune had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Topan Sucipto. BuanaRaya's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Otto Fortune was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. In the 75th minute, Otto Fortune hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otto Fortune scored 3-3 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Topan Sucipto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
