Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Bustick Sport's Pedro Dalmai started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Bustick Sport got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Dalmai. In the 6th minute, Matias Eguerdi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gaston Havier hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Benigno Abreu got control of the ball when Gualterio Aureo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Dalmai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Benigno Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Pueblo to maneuver through the defense. Benigno Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Galo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Benigno Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luisito Alvarez in the 27th minute. Augustus Batalla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Eguerdi in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gualterio Aureo got free with Benigno Abreu in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's zone, Gualterio Aureo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benigno Abreu came out of the goal and Gualterio Aureo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute Cleto Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustus Batalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goalkeeper Benigno Abreu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gualterio Aureo. Jaime Urritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Benigno Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matias Eguerdi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Bustick Sport got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Aureo. 57 minutes into the game, Primitivo Onofre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bustick Sport the free kick. After 58 played minutes Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Onofre. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Gualterio Aureo sped through Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benigno Abreu. 62 minutes into the match, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Aureo came free, but Benigno Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gualterio Aureo struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Benigno Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bustick Sport. Gualterio Aureo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benigno Abreu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, Bustick Sport's Augustus Batalla got control of the ball when Matias Eguerdi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augustus Batalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Eguerdi in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Primitivo Onofre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Pueblo during the 83rd minute. In the 94th match minute, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Lauren to maneuver through the defense. Gerardo Galo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bustick Sport.
