Amador Chico came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Evelio Crispo could save by the left post. Club Atletico Juanita's Evelio Crispo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Juanita from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute, Zeledon Breogan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Amador Chico came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Berni y Benja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amador Chico couldn't finish the play. Club Atletico Juanita's Evelio Crispo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Juanita from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severiano Jurdan in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bartolo Paz saved Berni y Benja FC from getting behind. Bartolo Paz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Jurdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, Pastor Benat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Juanita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berni y Benja FC the free kick. Pastor Benat kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Juanita defense, Maximiliano Telmo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evelio Crispo. The Club Atletico Juanita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evelio Crispo should have stopped the shot. When Severiano Jurdan came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Club Atletico Juanita fans jumped to their feet. Severiano Jurdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute.
