The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cyryl Walkowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Szymon Faron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cyryl Walkowski was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Szymon Faron put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cyryl Walkowski. After the first half Shaolin soccer were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hieronim Czekaj stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kosynierzy FC booed when Shaolin soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roch Janiczek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shaolin soccer's Szymon Faron got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilbert Ranowiecki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cyryl Walkowski. Kosynierzy FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cyryl Walkowski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arkadiusz Trochowski. In the 63rd minute of the match, Szymon Faron tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cyryl Walkowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Damian Kociniewski, 65 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Kosynierzy FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Hieronim Czekaj hit a great ball. In the 74th minute of the match, Julian Przybylo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cyryl Walkowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Szymon Faron in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cyryl Walkowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Cyryl Walkowski managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Shaolin soccer's Szymon Faron fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Szymon Faron who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Cyryl Walkowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Zula Piekarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Kociniewski in the 81st minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Kosynierzy FC got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Czekaj. Szymon Faron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zula Piekarczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hieronim Czekaj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Szymon Farons short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Cyryl Walkowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
