After 25 played minutes Curiphila Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Vander. The supporters of OxentePaisa Salcity booed when Curiphila Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st match minute, Curiphila Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. Germano da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Cordeiro in the 34th minute of the match. Juarês Torres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Pedro Seco was the one to do the kick off. Curiphila Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OxentePaisa Salcity the free kick. OxentePaisa Salcity had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
