Mário Queiroz charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mário Queiroz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd match minute, Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. After 5 minutes of play, Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Jaime Barbosa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miguel Xavier was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Oscar Pereira hit a great ball. Jaime Barbosa struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Miguel Xavier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร. In the 13th minute, Dênis Loyola made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Xavier. Matadores FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 16 minutes into the game, Murilo Abreu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matadores FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Murilo Abreu got a free kick in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Dênis Loyola notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Matadores FC's Miguel Xavier. Miguel Xavier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dênis Loyola came free, but Miguel Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Mário Queiroz made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Xavier. Matadores FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Miguel Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Barbosa in the 32nd minute of play. Matadores FC's Miguel Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Barbosa in the 37th minute of play. Olavo Barbosa hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The Matadores FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Barbosa to strike the kick off in the second half. Matadores FC's Miguel Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Barbosa in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match, Jaime Barbosa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Miguel Xavier was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dênis Loyola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th match minute, Matadores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Vianna to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dênis Loyola came free, but Miguel Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Xavier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Barbosa in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Matadores FC's Cristiano Viana got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Jaime Barbosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Xavier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 69th minute, Jaime Barbosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Miguel Xavier made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Jaime Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Hélio Martins in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Matadores FC's Luiz Pereira. After a defensive mix-up in Matadores FC's zone, Jaime Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Xavier came out of the goal and Jaime Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute, Jaime Barbosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Xavier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Miguel Xavier made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Jaime Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mário Queiroz got free with Miguel Xavier in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Matadores FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jorge Vianna hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dênis Loyola in the 96th minute of play forced Matadores FC's goalkeeper Miguel Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, Matadores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Pereira to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Matadores FC.
