The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. C.A Gryffindor's Rafa Diniz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Arnaldo Coutinho, made in the 4th minute of the game. Chicão Matos hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Ademar Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Gil dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Pirani having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Falcão Marques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ademar Pirani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Falcão Marques's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After 16 minutes of play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Gil dos Santos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 26th minute Adalberto Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Adalberto Vianna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ademar Pirani was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After some careless play in the C.A Gryffindor defense, Adalberto Vianna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ademar Pirani. The C.A Gryffindor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ademar Pirani should have stopped the shot. Falcão Marques showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. 64 minutes into the match, C.A Gryffindor's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Marques came free, but Ademar Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Dagoberto de Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Chicão Matos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, C.A Gryffindor's Juan Faria got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Chicão Matos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ademar Pirani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Falcão Marques received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ademar Pirani came out and tried to block the shot, but Falcão Marques slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 75th minute.
