An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Cavallo in the 10th minute of play forced Lupi Grigi's goalkeeper Alex Marzulli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cesate getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Frank Magliocco hit a great ball. After 15 minutes of play, Lupi Grigi's Antonello Contaldi made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Concetto Amatori was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Maiorano came free, but Concetto Amatori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Donato took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alex Marzulli. Cesate's Concetto Amatori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Berardinelli in the 28th minute of play. Concetto Amatori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dave Maiorano in the 33rd minute. Concetto Amatori made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Antonello Contaldi sent off a good shot on target. Daniele Berardinelli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Concetto Amatori came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniele Berardinelli slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 39th minute. Carter Cavallo scored 2-4 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Marzulli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Cesate were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Carter Cavallo made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Daniele Berardinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Amatori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Carter Cavallo could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Alex Marzulli however easily saved by the left post. In the 57th minute Antonello Contaldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Amatori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Marzulli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carter Cavallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Antonello Contaldi made a precise shot to the right of Concetto Amatori. Cesate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Magliocco in the 74th minute of play forced Lupi Grigi's goalkeeper Alex Marzulli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Cesate booed when Lupi Grigi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonello Contaldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Cesate players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
