Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) C.D. Pepino’s's Gustavo Albages started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes, Gustavo Albages mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.D. Pepino’s and the Mariachi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, C.D. Pepino’s's Gustavo Albages got a free kick in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Bolivar in the 7th minute of play forced C.D. Pepino’s's goalkeeper Ezequiel Pineda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Alberto Epulef hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Gaston Olasagutia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Pantaleon having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Tor Parrochia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mariachi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rollo Reccius in the 19th minute of play forced C.D. Pepino’s's goalkeeper Ezequiel Pineda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Eduard Bacarreza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Pineda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ezequiel Pineda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Bacarreza in the 23rd minute of play. With his leg Victorino Pantaleon managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when C.D. Pepino’s's Gustavo Albages fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 27th minute, Eduardo Aldana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Alberto Epulef kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Jonathan Abad kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Ezequiel Pineda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Bacarreza in the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, C.D. Pepino’s's goal looked a bit too open when Rollo Reccius came free, but Ezequiel Pineda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.D. Pepino’s's Gustavo Albages got his second yellow card of the match in the 36th minute. The referee ordered Gustavo Albages off the ground. Gustavo Albages hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Victorino Pantaleon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Javier Astete in the 41st minute of the match. If Guido Echeverría had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 47th match minute, C.D. Pepino’s was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Urbistondo to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 53rd minute C.D. Pepino’s were awarded a corner. José Javier Astete went to the cornerflag to take it. Guido Echeverría sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute Nereo Bolivar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Pineda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 played minutes C.D. Pepino’s got a freekick which was hit by Reinaldo Recalde. When Raimundo Melgarejo came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Mariachi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Melgarejo couldn't finish the play. José Javier Astete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Pantaleon having to interfere. Ezequiel Pineda made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Adriel Ondegardo sent off a good shot on target. Guido Echeverría struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Victorino Pantaleon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.D. Pepino’s. 67 minutes into the match, C.D. Pepino’s's Xabel Wood sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorino Pantaleon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Guido Echeverría had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.D. Pepino’s's Jonathan Abad got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Mariachi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Echeverría came free, but Victorino Pantaleon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.D. Pepino’s's Ezequiel Pineda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Bacarreza in the 84th minute of play. After 85 played minutes C.D. Pepino’s got a freekick which was hit by Ángel Bustos. 88 minutes into the match, C.D. Pepino’s's goal looked a bit too open when Rollo Reccius came free, but Ezequiel Pineda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mariachi FC's Tor Parrochia got a free kick in the 94th minute. Mariachi FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
