After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gaskon Avila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cimarrones F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gaskon Avila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernebe Balerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artur Caspe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernebe Balerdi having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Magdaleno Revenga made a precise shot to the right of Imanol Gonzalo. Cimarrones F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gaskon Avila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute, Cerilo Valben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the game, Edgardo Loaisa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Imanol Gonzalo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Golden Dragón F.C's Prospero Rasa got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaskon Avila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Imanol Gonzalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Rasa in the 51st minute of the match. After 53 played minutes Edgardo Loaisa rounded Cimarrones F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. 56 minutes into the game, Golden Dragón F.C's Edgardo Loaisa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Imanol Gonzalo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 68th minute, Edgardo Loaisa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Dragón F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Toli Bailina during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute of the match Cerilo Valben shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Imanol Gonzalo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Fabian Quijano fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cimarrones F.C.'s protests and gave Fabian Quijano a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Cimarrones F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Quijano. Golden Dragón F.C's Prospero Rasa got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Rasa got free with Imanol Gonzalo in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Cimarrones F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipillo Quijada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xurxo Lardero's late challenge caught a Cimarrones F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xurxo Lardero helped the player get up and apologised. After 93 played minutes Golden Dragón F.C got a freekick which was hit by Xurxo Lardero.
