The audience thought a goal was coming when Tonček Sternad got free with Ricardo Quaresma in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fajteri's Vojkan Lapuh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petar Anđelović in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Fajteri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armido Mikluž to maneuver through the defense. Francelj Kunstič received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ricardo Quaresma came out and tried to block the shot, but Francelj Kunstič slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. The Outlaws FC fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Outlaws FC's Nedeljko Stepanović looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Francelj Kunstič sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute Francelj Kunstič shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Quaresma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armido Mikluž might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Quaresma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armido Mikluž ran back to his position shaking his head. With 40 minutes on the clock, Igor Goričan commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 40th minute, one of Fajteri:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fajteri.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armido Mikluž to strike the kick off in the second half. Vojkan Lapuh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petar Anđelović in the 63rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Outlaws FC defense, Armido Mikluž kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Quaresma. The Outlaws FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Quaresma should have stopped the shot. Nenad Belošević hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Vojkan Lapuh had great luck who in the 84thth minute grab hold of the ball when Danijel Stasić from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Miodrag Begović was extremely unlucky when he, in the 85th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Fajteri's zone, Danijel Stasić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vojkan Lapuh came out of the goal and Danijel Stasić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Danijel Stasić might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vojkan Lapuh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danijel Stasić ran back to his position shaking his head. Vojkan Lapuh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danijel Stasić in the 94th minute of the match. Danijel Stasić had several of the Fajteri's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 94 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Vojkan Lapuh as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Outlaws FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
