Thanks to some nice moves Alperen Subutay could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Aybar Durukan however easily saved by the left post. 21 minutes into the match, ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK's goalkeeper Aybar Durukan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alperen Subutay. The crowd rose to their feet as Alperen Subutay kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aybar Durukan. That made the score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. Aybar Durukan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alperen Subutay in the 24th minute. After some careless play in the ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK defense, Alperen Subutay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aybar Durukan. The ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aybar Durukan should have stopped the shot. After 31 played minutes ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK got a freekick which was hit by Orhan Veli Gülerce. In the 38th minute, Anıl Ege Zeval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK's goalkeeper Aybar Durukan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edip Yenay. Yağız Demircan kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Karapinar's Gökhun Oksar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aybar Durukan. Aybar Durukan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alperen Subutay to strike the kick off in the second half. Neşat Suyurgal charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Neşat Suyurgal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th minute Alperen Subutay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybar Durukan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alperen Subutay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Aybar Durukan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Karapinar's Edip Yenay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aybar Durukan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Karapinar's Mehmet Arif Özpulat got control of the ball when Yağız Demircan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Karapinar fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Karapinar's Gökhun Oksar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aybar Durukan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökhun Oksar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Karapinar's Gökhun Oksar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aybar Durukan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Yağız Demircan hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Karapinar:s goal. The referee gave Karapinar a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edip Yenay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK's Aybar Durukan. 7-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edip Yenay during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, Edip Yenay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. İnanç Metehan kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK's Cevher Akbey shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 91st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mehmet Arif Özpulat but with some difficulty. Aybar Durukan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alperen Subutay, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Gökhun Oksar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybar Durukan having to interfere. ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
