The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loris Groß in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucrețiu Brătescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Loris Groß had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. VfL Bad Nenndorf's Lucrețiu Brătescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loris Groß in the 11th minute of play. Lucrețiu Brătescu made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Vaklin Karchev sent off a good shot on target. A sloppy throw-in by Wang Xiao Hong in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fc Schönhagen's Kai Frei. VfL Bad Nenndorf's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Loris Groß scored to the left of an out of position Lucrețiu Brătescu, making the score, 1-0. Lucrețiu Brătescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loris Groß in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Themis Papadimoulis in the 21st minute of play forced Fc Schönhagen's goalkeeper Bernhardt Reshauge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fc Schönhagen's Bernhardt Reshauge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baptist Haas in the 24th minute of play. Junior Grajdeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lucrețiu Brătescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernhardt Reshauge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Štriker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Loris Groß shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Brătescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Fc Schönhagen getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Manuel Castelain hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, VfL Bad Nenndorf's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Brătescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Junior Grajdeanu. Themis Papadimoulis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernhardt Reshauge having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Themis Papadimoulis made a kick off. Bernhardt Reshauge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Štriker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loris Groß in the 54th minute of play forced VfL Bad Nenndorf's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Brătescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fc Schönhagen's Bernhardt Reshauge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themis Papadimoulis in the 59th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, VfL Bad Nenndorf's goal looked a bit too open when Vaklin Karchev came free, but Lucrețiu Brătescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Fc Schönhagen's Bernhardt Reshauge got control of the ball when Themis Papadimoulis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 84th minute Loris Groß shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Brătescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Loris Groß in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucrețiu Brătescu saved VfL Bad Nenndorf from getting behind. After 88 played minutes VfL Bad Nenndorf got a freekick which was hit by Baptist Haas. Lucrețiu Brătescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loris Groß in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Lv Kun Liang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernhardt Reshauge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucrețiu Brătescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loris Groß in the 95th minute of play.
