Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) GoalHunters's Denis Oprescu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Eugen Croitoru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 3rd minute of the match, Traian Traian tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Daniel Jienescu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 5 minutes into the match, Denis Oprescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrei Oloieru. Fotbal Club Vaslui's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denis Oprescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Denis Oprescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrei Oloieru was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. If Traian Traian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Traian Traian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Jienescu having to make a save. After 22 minutes, Teodor Huștiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fotbal Club Vaslui and the GoalHunters players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Leontin Traianescu came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the GoalHunters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leontin Traianescu couldn't finish the play. Traian Traian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Daniel Jienescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Oprescu came free, but Andrei Oloieru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Eugen Croitoru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fotbal Club Vaslui's Andrei Oloieru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute, Denis Oprescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrei Oloieru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panait Bujor in the 35th minute of play. Andrei Oloieru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Oprescu in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Jerrold in the 41st minute of play forced Fotbal Club Vaslui's goalkeeper Andrei Oloieru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Pedro Jerrold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Oloieru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Traian Traian made a kick off. Traian Traian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Daniel Jienescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bhadrayu Sethi kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 66 played minutes GoalHunters got a freekick which was hit by Panait Bujor. In the 68th minute of the match Filip Aanicăi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Jienescu skillfully saved the ball. In the 70th minute, GoalHunters's Panait Bujor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 73rd match minute, GoalHunters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Oprescu to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurinho Maranhense in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Jienescu saved GoalHunters from getting behind. João Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrei Oloieru having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Gică Hăulică got a free kick in the 84th minute. Andrei Oloieru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Jerrold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GoalHunters's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
