After a defensive mix-up in Muget's zone, Primitivo Grau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Gligor came out of the goal and Primitivo Grau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Isaia in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Ivan Chiuzbaian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florin Stancu. Joan Quesada made in the 14th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alex Isaia immediately put the ball in play. Muget's Isac Gligor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Zhao Sen Yang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isac Gligor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 21st minute Zhao Sen Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Gligor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhao Sen Yang took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isac Gligor. Isac Gligor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Muget getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Walery Kuszczak hit a great ball. Isac Gligor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhao Sen Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 42nd minute, Zhao Sen Yang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Isac Gligor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhao Sen Yang's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Ivan Chiuzbaian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Isac Gligor made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Zhao Sen Yang sent off a good shot on target. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florin Stancu in the 54th minute of the match. Ivan Chiuzbaian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Strungă in the 55th minute of play. Ivan Chiuzbaian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tião Amaral in the 56th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Zhao Sen Yang reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Isac Gligor. The goal made the score 0-4. Zhao Sen Yang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isac Gligor having to make a save. 66 minutes into the match, Muget's goalkeeper Isac Gligor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zhao Sen Yang. If Zhao Sen Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- made a substitution. Mugurel Pandele replaced İlhami Akyazıcı. Isac Gligor was a little too slow when Zhao Sen Yang got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-5. When Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Muget's goalie prevented a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Nae Strungă came free, but Ivan Chiuzbaian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zhao Sen Yang came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Isac Gligor could save by the left post. 86 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Florin Stancu came free, but Ivan Chiuzbaian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- defense, Nae Strungă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Chiuzbaian. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Chiuzbaian should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute Alex Isaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Chiuzbaian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Muget's goalkeeper Isac Gligor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zhao Sen Yang. The Muget supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s performance. The match ended with a win for Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-.
