Aron Iurașcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Madison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, FC aDeX's Daniel Enășoiu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aron Iurașcu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC aDeX's Cazimir Barbu got a free kick in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionel Ailioaiei in the 9th minute of play forced FC aDeX's goalkeeper Matei Oltean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Keep Walking Project's goalkeeper Aron Iurașcu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Enășoiu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hafız Öztekin in the 25th minute of play forced FC aDeX's goalkeeper Matei Oltean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aron Iurașcu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Enășoiu in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Daniel Enășoiu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aron Iurașcu. The goal made the score 1-0. Matei Oltean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hafız Öztekin in the 39th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Ionel Ailioaiei sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matei Oltean skillfully saved the ball. In the 47th minute Lionel-Andrés Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Oltean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for James Madison to strike the kick off in the second half. Aron Iurașcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Enășoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. James Madison might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aron Iurașcu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. James Madison ran back to his position shaking his head. Aron Iurașcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Madison in the 58th minute of play. Daniel Enășoiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aron Iurașcu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Daniel Enășoiu scored 2-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aron Iurașcu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aron Iurașcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Enășoiu in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, James Madison ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aron Iurașcu was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 69 minutes into the match, Keep Walking Project's goal looked a bit too open when James Madison came free, but Aron Iurașcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FC aDeX's Matei Oltean got control of the ball when Hafız Öztekin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aron Iurașcu came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by FC aDeX's James Madison. But to his dismay, James Madison quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. FC aDeX's Tiago Leite was substituted for Daniel Enășoiu. After 82 played minutes FC aDeX got a freekick which was hit by Giorgos Neymar. Tiago Leite's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aron Iurașcu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Madison in the 89th minute of play forced Keep Walking Project's goalkeeper Aron Iurașcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aron Iurașcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Madison in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Tiago Leite made a precise shot to the right of Aron Iurașcu. Keep Walking Project's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Keep Walking Project players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC aDeX.
