In the 20th minute Mathijs Rokeloos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joos Teurfs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joos Teurfs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 27th minute of the match. If Alexander Tan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 36 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Tan. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexander Tan to make the kick off.
