Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonas Wiman started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Balla Bollar got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Abelsson. In the 3rd minute William Enström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Vestlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erling Falkrantz kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Idrottsklubben -03's Kristian Törnqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Idrottsklubben -03 from getting a goal against them. Ian Vestlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Andersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pär Odén took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ian Vestlund. Ian Vestlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ian Vestlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pär Odén's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Idrottsklubben -03's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Glanselius came free, but Kristian Törnqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristian Törnqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Magnus Glanselius went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 17 minutes into the match, Balla Bollar's goal looked a bit too open when Pär Odén came free, but Ian Vestlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Stefan Andersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Vestlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pär Odén in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ian Vestlund saved Balla Bollar from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, Stefan Andersson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ian Vestlund. Balla Bollar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stefan Andersson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 28th minute Fred Salkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Vestlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Fred Salkvist made a precise shot to the right of Ian Vestlund. Balla Bollar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pär Odén in the 35th minute of play forced Balla Bollar's goalkeeper Ian Vestlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ian Vestlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Salkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 44 minutes into the match, Pär Odén had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ian Vestlund. Balla Bollar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pär Odén was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Stefan Andersson made the kick off in the second half. Ian Vestlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Andersson in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Balla Bollar's Nils Säfström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristian Törnqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, Nils Säfström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balla Bollar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Idrottsklubben -03 the free kick. After 54 played minutes Balla Bollar got a freekick which was hit by Nils Säfström. With a little luck, Balla Bollar's Ian Vestlund got control of the ball when Folke Forssell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ian Vestlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Salkvist in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Balla Bollar's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Andersson came free, but Ian Vestlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Idrottsklubben -03's William Enström to fire away a dangerous shot which Ian Vestlund despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Idrottsklubben -03's zone, Jonas Wiman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Törnqvist came out of the goal and Jonas Wiman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Wiman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Törnqvist having to interfere. Idrottsklubben -03 played a much better game than Balla Bollar and deserved their victory. The Balla Bollar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
