After 2 minutes, Krister Dahlquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kårböle IFK and the AIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kårböle IFK getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Krister Dahlquist hit a great ball. Ball Glue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Månsson in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Karl-Axel Jonsson made a precise shot to the right of Jarl Andreasson. AIF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Kårböle IFK's Ball Glue proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Kårböle IFK from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Kårböle IFK's goalkeeper Ball Glue had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Odin. Ball Glue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Månsson in the 24th minute of the match. Erik Odin came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ball Glue could save by the left post. When Ulf Ekström came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the AIF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulf Ekström couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute Axel Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 minutes, Tage Kalfhage mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kårböle IFK and the AIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute, Tage Kalfhage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kårböle IFK's goalkeeper Ball Glue, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Emanuel Månsson made the kick off in the second half. AIF's Jarl Andreasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save AIF from getting a goal against them. After 54 minutes, Karl-Axel Jonsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kårböle IFK and the AIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ball Glue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulf Ekström in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Månsson in the 57th minute of play forced Kårböle IFK's goalkeeper Ball Glue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AIF's Jarl Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Lundqvist in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, AIF's Mark Forsberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mark Forsberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AIF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mark Forsberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 62 played minutes AIF got a freekick which was hit by Mark Forsberg. Erik Odin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tage Kalfhage hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. AIF's Erik Odin got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Axel Jonsson in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarl Andreasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute Axel Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Radoy Gilev came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Kårböle IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radoy Gilev couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute, Axel Lundqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kårböle IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The Kårböle IFK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
