Villiam Tholsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ove Orm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Villiam Tholsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Ove Orm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Villiam Tholsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, North Pole Kickers's Folke Bure got control of the ball when Yngve Uggla tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Folke Bure had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hjalmar Hjort. In the 18th minute, Hjalmar Hjort left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elefanterna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 22 minutes into the game, Hjalmar Hjort recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Folke Bure. Hjalmar Hjort showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villiam Tholsson in the 27th minute of play forced Elefanterna's goalkeeper Ove Orm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folke Bure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egil Eagle in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Hjalmar Hjort dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Folke Bure, 3-0. Ove Orm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villiam Tholsson in the 40th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Elefanterna got a freekick which was hit by Rikard Ripa. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hjalmar Hjort was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Elefanterna booed when North Pole Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Back didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ove Orm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Villiam Tholsson in the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Benedykt Niezywy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Pole Kickers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elefanterna the free kick. Benedykt Niezywy hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A hard shot 70 in the game by Villiam Tholsson from a close distance when the talented Ove Orm managed to make a qualified save. Elefanterna's players were relieved. Villiam Tholsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ove Orm having to make a save. When Rikard Ripa fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elefanterna's protests and gave Rikard Ripa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Elefanterna getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Rikard Ripa hit a great ball. Folke Bure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilmar Paraense, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. With his leg Ove Orm managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when North Pole Kickers's Villiam Tholsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 90th minute of the match Andréas Åkerman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ove Orm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, North Pole Kickers's Maximilian Gustafsson got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute Egil Eagle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Bure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96 minutes of play, Elefanterna's Egil Eagle made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Folke Bure was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that Elefanterna were the better team. Elefanterna's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
