In the 26th minute Jairo Malheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Tunberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evander Zabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Liberatore in the 28th minute of the match. Ernst Skog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evander Zabel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mikael Liberatore's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Evander Zabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Liberatore in the 44th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikael Liberatore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wargön's Sören Tunberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Wargön from getting a goal against them. 54 minutes into the match, Mikael Liberatore notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ciudad Tao FC's Evander Zabel. Evander Zabel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ciudad Tao FC made a substitution. Osmar Goiano replaced Joel Sandström. Ciudad Tao FC's Salomon Quaade was substituted for Ernst Skog. 60 minutes into the match, Mikael Liberatore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evander Zabel. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bayan Baye in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evander Zabel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute Wargön were awarded a corner. Bayan Baye went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Wargön's corner Bayan Baye fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Evander Zabel quite easily take care of the ball. Wargön's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bayan Baye in the 69th minute. Roger Stephansson was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 72 minutes into the game, David Buhăescu threw the ball into play from the sideline. The audience was convinced that Bayan Baye's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evander Zabel was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Wargön fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ciudad Tao FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
