If Rafail Klenov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eric Fredriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ozan Heybetli went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ozan Heybetli might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eric Fredriksson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ozan Heybetli ran back to his position shaking his head. Eric Fredriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ozan Heybetli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Fredriksson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ozan Heybetli in the 12th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Ozan Heybetli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Eric Fredriksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ozan Heybetli in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eric Fredriksson saved Balders Hage IF from getting behind. Eric Fredriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ozan Heybetli in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Balders Hage IF booed when FC Hammarby Sjöstad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav Sigfridsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigvard Brask in the 31st minute of play forced FC Hammarby Sjöstad's goalkeeper Sixten Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Fredriksson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ozan Heybetli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 39 minute of play. Sixten Tunander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ove Lundgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sigvard Brask made a kick off. The supporters of FC Hammarby Sjöstad booed when Balders Hage IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Felin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sarracino De la Rosa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eric Fredriksson. Balders Hage IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ozan Heybetli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eric Fredriksson having to make a save. The throw-in from Nils Asklund in the 62nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Leon Ferfecki. In the 63rd minute Ozan Heybetli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Fredriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on FC Hammarby Sjöstad's corner Ozan Heybetli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eric Fredriksson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 69th minute, Ozan Heybetli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Hammarby Sjöstad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Eric Fredriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ozan Heybetli in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute FC Hammarby Sjöstad were awarded a corner. Ozan Heybetli went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Balders Hage IF getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Simon Sjöberg hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Ozan Heybetli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eric Fredriksson. Balders Hage IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ozan Heybetli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Balders Hage IF's Eric Fredriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ozan Heybetli in the 84th minute of play. After 84 minutes of play, FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Ozan Heybetli made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eric Fredriksson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87thth minute of the game Ozan Heybetli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Balders Hage IF's Eric Fredriksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Balders Hage IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ozan Heybetli came free, but Eric Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Ozan Heybetli sped through Balders Hage IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eric Fredriksson. Lenny Winnepennincks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Eric Fredriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Hammarby Sjöstad had won after a very even match.
