During this time EL LOBO DE MIAMI's players had a chance to rest. 17 minutes into the match, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's goal looked a bit too open when Bican Şeref came free, but Nelson Insfrán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marshall Medina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Robrecht Scheppers made a huge save. Darius Parish struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Nelson Insfrán didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moorefield AFC. Moorefield AFC's Robrecht Scheppers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Trezeguet in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Moorefield AFC booed when EL LOBO DE MIAMI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bart Timmons didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Kraig Rowley took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robrecht Scheppers. Robrecht Scheppers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Moorefield AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
