Ubaldo Goyanes ran back to his position shaking his head. Freddy Sein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiao Qi Bo in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ubaldo Goyanes made a kick off. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fenerbahçe S.K.'s goalkeeper Kristian Martinsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silver 赵云 hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Freddy Sein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Fremont in the 58th minute. The Sporting Angola fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Sporting Angola's Ubaldo Goyanes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ubaldo Goyanes took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Martinsson. Kristian Martinsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. After some careless play in the Fenerbahçe S.K. defense, Ubaldo Goyanes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristian Martinsson. The Fenerbahçe S.K. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Martinsson should have stopped the shot. Fenerbahçe S.K.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
