Thanks to some nice moves Victorio Gregory could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Marcial Bakar however easily saved by the left post. 23 minutes into the match, Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Urtsin came free, but Cipriano Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Enrique Perico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aves Negras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gunners the free kick. After 26 played minutes Aves Negras got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Perico. Cipriano Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Urtsin in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Perico came free, but Cipriano Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gunners's Eustacio Farias got a free kick in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruperto Bide was the one to do the kick off. Marcial Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Bide in the 51st minute of play. Marcial Bakar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Bide, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Marcial Bakar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.
