In the 12thth minute of the game Moises Cilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pucará's Lautaro Morales was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christopher Earnshaw was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 24th minute Moises Cilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Morales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Pucará's goalkeeper Lautaro Morales had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Cilio. Pucará's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Moises Cilio scored to the left of an out of position Lautaro Morales, making the score, 2-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pucará fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Moises Cilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lunatico F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Cilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Morales breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the match, Pucará's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Cilio came free, but Lautaro Morales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moises Cilio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Morales read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Santiago Gaizko was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pepe Sand showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 54 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Moises Cilio put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Morales. Pucará's Lautaro Morales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Cilio in the 66th minute of play. Tomás Belmonte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Santiago Gaizko made a huge save. In the 69th minute, Moises Cilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Morales was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. Lunatico F.C's Joël Devidal was substituted for Rosendo Sanson. Pucará's Gabriel Tulio was substituted for Faustino Sayveon. Lunatico F.C were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Pucará's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celso Berdoi took the corner. 80 minutes into the match, Lunatico F.C's Jouke Krol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Morales narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Pucará was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Artizar to maneuver through the defense.
