Ivan Stafuza came out of the goal and Victor Paskal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivan Stafuza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Paskal's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. After 6 minutes of play, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Victor Paskal made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Stafuza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Paskal in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Stafuza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 12th minute Victor Paskal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Stafuza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Victor Paskal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Paskal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Stafuza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th match minute, Los Laguneros de AT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Mouzo to maneuver through the defense. Los Laguneros de AT's Ivan Stafuza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Nikola in the 21st minute of play. After 23 minutes of play, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Victor Paskal made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Stafuza was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Victor Paskal sped through Los Laguneros de AT's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ivan Stafuza. Ivan Stafuza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Paskal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Victor Paskal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Stafuza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Ivan Stafuza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Paskal's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Ivan Stafuza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Paskal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jaime Frechoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Club Atlético Ituzaingó were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nestor Tesone was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Sugoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Stafuza. Los Laguneros de AT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clodoveo Sugoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Ivan Stafuza was a little too slow when Victor Paskal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-9. Ivan Stafuza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Paskal in the 61st minute of the match. Fulgencio Nikola blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Stafuza having to make a save. After 68 minutes, Victor Paskal made it 0-11 with a short kick to the right side. Los Laguneros de AT's Ivan Stafuza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute, Gerardo Gasteiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fulgencio Nikola got free with Ivan Stafuza in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Nestor Tesone fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Laguneros de AT's protests and gave Nestor Tesone a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Club Atlético Ituzaingó booed when Los Laguneros de AT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Tesone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor Paskal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivan Stafuza came out and tried to block the shot, but Victor Paskal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-13 in the 77th minute. In the 83rd match minute, Club Atlético Ituzaingó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Truylos to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Los Laguneros de AT's Ivan Stafuza got control of the ball when Fulgencio Nikola tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Victor Paskal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Stafuza was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Ivan Stafuza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Paskal in the 87th minute of play. Ivan Stafuza didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 88th minute, which inside left pole to 0-15. 92 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Tesone came free, but Duarte de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
