A sloppy throw-in by Victor Cutberto in the 8th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Quilmes's Dionisio Laurendi. Ismael Dolcet took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mustafa Arif Devrim. Mustafa Arif Devrim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Braulio Barrionuevo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Arif Devrim having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Barrionuevo in the 21st minute of play forced RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's goalkeeper Mustafa Arif Devrim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Victor Cutberto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adan Lartaun. Victor Cutberto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Quilmes's Adan Lartaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Cutberto in the 30th minute of play. Mustafa Arif Devrim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Lauro in the 34th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Cutberto came free, but Adan Lartaun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ismael Dolcet came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Quilmes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Dolcet couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldo Quinito made a kick off. Adan Lartaun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Chabier, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Adan Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Quinito in the 56th minute of the match. RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Mustafa Arif Devrim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Lauro in the 60th minute of play. Quilmes's Lucas Nataniel was substituted for Jacobo Lauro. RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Andreas Pirlo was substituted for Edgar Capixaba. After 63 minutes RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucas Nataniel who took care of the corner kick. In the 67th minute Lucas Nataniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Arif Devrim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Vladimír Šmicer seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vladimír Šmicer the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vladimír Šmicer had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Quilmes made a substitution. Horacio Francis replaced 柳冰鹏. In a very dangerous position, a player in RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18:s Mustafa Arif Devrim showed great skill when he stopped Lucas Nataniel:s penalty. Adan Lartaun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Cutberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 played minutes RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Pirlo. In the 77thth minute of the game Lucas Nataniel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Mustafa Arif Devrim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adan Lartaun came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Amador Donzel. But to his dismay, Amador Donzel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Quilmes's Feliberto Lop was substituted for Jaromir Ziemniak. 91 minutes into the game, Aureliano Jordy threw the ball into play from the sideline. Quilmes's Horacio Francis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mustafa Arif Devrim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Nataniel in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute of the match, Lucas Nataniel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mustafa Arif Devrim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lucas Nataniel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 97thth minute, Mustafa Arif Devrim skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
