In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Domínguez AFC's goalkeeper Omar Conrao, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Los Gallos were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Domínguez AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 麦军凌 took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Tino in the 32nd minute of play forced Los Gallos's goalkeeper Anacleto Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernabe Weterio hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jairo Tino to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Los Gallos getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Vladimiro Jerold managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Gallos's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Jerold was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Conrao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 61 played minutes Domínguez AFC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Senio. In a very dangerous position, a player in Domínguez AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! Leonel Libertad walked up to take care of the penalty kick. After a defensive mix-up in Domínguez AFC's zone, Vladimiro Jerold stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Conrao came out of the goal and Vladimiro Jerold tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Los Gallos's Anacleto Horado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Los Gallos from getting a goal against them. Omar Conrao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Jerold in the 90th minute of play. Omar Conrao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Jerold in the 93rd minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
