The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Argider got free with Jeremias Ledesma in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rigoberto Argider struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Jeremias Ledesma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Luz y Fuerza. Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Martin Leheren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Bizi in the 6th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Rigoberto Argider took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jeremias Ledesma to make any attempt to save it. Jeremias Ledesma was a little too slow when Rigoberto Argider got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rigoberto Argider in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremias Ledesma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 17 minutes into the match, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Rigoberto Argider sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremias Ledesma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chimborazo A.F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Thibault Moon was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Thibault Moon almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chimborazo A.F.C's Jeremias Ledesma did a great save. Chimborazo A.F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Rigoberto Argider scored to the left of an out of position Jeremias Ledesma, making the score, 3-0. After 24 played minutes Rigoberto Argider rounded Chimborazo A.F.C's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. When Marcos Bizi fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chimborazo A.F.C's protests and gave Marcos Bizi a yellow card for diving instead. Marcos Bizi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Chimborazo A.F.C:s Jeremias Ledesma showed great skill when he stopped Rigoberto Argider:s penalty. Rigoberto Argider might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeremias Ledesma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rigoberto Argider ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Chimborazo A.F.C's goalkeeper Jeremias Ledesma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Argider. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Rigoberto Argider took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Jeremias Ledesma to make any attempt to save it. Rigoberto Argider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jeremias Ledesma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeremias Ledesma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Argider in the 42nd minute. In the 46th match minute, Chimborazo A.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Dunixi to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Ledesma came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Rigoberto Argider. But to his dismay, Rigoberto Argider quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudiu Niculescu was the one to do the kick off. Rigoberto Argider's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremias Ledesma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Jeremias Ledesma came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Jonny Saran. But to his dismay, Jonny Saran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Rigoberto Argider managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's supporters rose to their feet, but Rigoberto Argider was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Ledesma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martin Leheren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Niculescu in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marcos Bizi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's attentive Ioan Pușcașu managed to snatch the ball when Przemyslaw Solecki made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the game, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Rigoberto Argider nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Ledesma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. After 72nd play minutes Rigoberto Argider shot 10-0, a short shot which went by Jeremias Ledesma and just under the crossbar into goal. After 76 minutes of play, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Thibault Moon made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremias Ledesma was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79thth minute of the game Claudiu Niculescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Martin Leheren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Thibault Moon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 85 minutes, Thibault Moon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thibault Moon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Deportivo Luz y Fuerza booed when Chimborazo A.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Przemyslaw Solecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeremias Ledesma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rigoberto Argider went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Rigoberto Argider got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Rigoberto Argider nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Ledesma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. A collision led to Chimborazo A.F.C getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Marcos Bizi hit a great ball. Deportivo Luz y Fuerza walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
