The supporters of Leon Platense booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Rius didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute of the match Constantino Anaya shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ariel Mourelatos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ariel Mourelatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaafar Carrillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Edgar Ahlgren made in the 21st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dario Hussain immediately put the ball in play. If Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Leon Platense from getting a goal against them. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Leandro in the 24th minute of the match. Ariel Mourelatos came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Leon Platense's Hernán Leandro. But to his dismay, Hernán Leandro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Leon Platense from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Leon Platense defense, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruperto Rainerio. The Leon Platense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruperto Rainerio should have stopped the shot. Ariel Mourelatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernán Leandro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Amboy FC's Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ruperto Rainerio. Ruperto Rainerio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Leandro in the 40th minute of the match. When Constantino Anaya fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leon Platense's protests and gave Constantino Anaya a yellow card for diving instead. Constantino Anaya hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Alfonso Kemen got a throw-in 44 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Dario Hussain. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Dario Hussain made the kick off in the second half. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Rainerio saved Leon Platense from getting behind. With his leg Ariel Mourelatos managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Leon Platense's Hernán Leandro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernán Leandro got free with Ariel Mourelatos in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruperto Rainerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 60th minute of play. Ariel Mourelatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Adrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruperto Rainerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Rainerio saved Leon Platense from getting behind. Amboy FC made a substitution. Mario Alberto Abascal replaced Ruperto Modestio. Amboy FC made a substitution. Roberto Rodriguez replaced Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán. A nice corner shot did that Cornelio Rius got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ruperto Rainerio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 75thth minute of the game Roberto Rodriguez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Constantino Anaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Rodriguez in the 81st minute of play forced Leon Platense's goalkeeper Ruperto Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Roberto Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amboy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Rodriguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruperto Rainerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute, Cornelio Rius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute Roberto Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Rainerio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Rodriguez went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score.
