Spectators: 143 (Terracing: 108, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filiberto Bermudez took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, DEPORTIVO SJ's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Hussain came free, but Isidro Christobal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Hussain scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidro Christobal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute Adan Menendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Christobal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Menendo in the 11th minute of play forced DEPORTIVO SJ's goalkeeper Isidro Christobal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by DEPORTIVO SJ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Constantino Anaya was slow to take the kick. During this time Leon Platense's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Constantino Anaya almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DEPORTIVO SJ's Isidro Christobal did a great save. In the 14th minute, Dario Hussain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidro Christobal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 19 minutes into the game, Leon Platense's Hernán Leandro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isidro Christobal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 21st minute, Matias Sengrat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucio Balesio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isidro Christobal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Adrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Dario Hussain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Isidro Christobal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd minute Adan Menendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Christobal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adan Menendo was the one to do the kick off. In the 67th minute Gonzalo Adrio suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 67 minutes into the game, Lucio Balesio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DEPORTIVO SJ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leon Platense the free kick. Leon Platense's Celso Havier was substituted for Gonzalo Adrio. After 68 played minutes DEPORTIVO SJ got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Balesio. Adan Menendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Christobal having to interfere. A collision led to Leon Platense getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Hernán Leandro hit a great ball. In the 77th match minute, DEPORTIVO SJ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Ezkerra to maneuver through the defense. Matias Sengrat hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Hussain got free with Isidro Christobal in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Dario Hussain could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Isidro Christobal however easily saved by the left post. Ruperto Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Ezkerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Rainerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Ezkerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. João Francisco Vidal hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Leon Platense's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
