But to his dismay, Kip William quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Acade's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ovidio Bertran was slow to take the kick. During this time Chelforó's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Johannes Sielens advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-4 in the 46th minute. The Chelforó players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Acade were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Monico to make the kick off. Prudencio Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Lamczyk in the 53rd minute of play. Lucas Lico hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Kip William did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-5 to the left of a surprised Prudencio Savier 58 minutes into the match. Florencio Monico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Blas Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prudencio Savier came out and tried to block the shot, but Alejandro Vistruario slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 67th minute. La Acade's Vladimiro Sazon was substituted for Shao Zhou. Prudencio Savier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimiro Sazon in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute Felipe Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Savier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prudencio Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Lamczyk in the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Chelforó's goalkeeper Prudencio Savier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Vistruario. Leonard Lamczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Savier having to interfere. Blas Aritza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Sielens in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th minute, La Acade's Alejandro Vistruario ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Prudencio Savier. Prudencio Savier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-7. 88 minutes into the match, Teófilo Amaro notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Chelforó's Prudencio Savier. Prudencio Savier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 93 minutes into the match, Chelforó's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Vistruario came free, but Prudencio Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over La Acade could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chelforó throughout the match.
