FC Caspiy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Su Xu Xi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Fernado Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Niezywy in the 44th minute of play. The FC Caspiy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Unione Sportiva were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henri Thomasse to make the kick off. Unione Sportiva played a much better game than FC Caspiy and deserved their victory. The FC Caspiy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
