In the 3rd minute of the game Vytautas Petkus made a throw-in which Saúl Gentiletti played forward. After 6 minutes FC Žalia Giria's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Brian Blanco who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Brian Blanco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Žalia Giria's Adolfo Carrizo did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saúl Gentiletti got free with Patryk Siekierski in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chiratorn Wongsanam made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Žalia Giria's Rokas Kavaliauskas. Swatar United FC's Patryk Siekierski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Swatar United FC from getting a goal against them. FC Žalia Giria's Adolfo Carrizo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Pârcălab in the 14th minute of play. Saúl Gentiletti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Patryk Siekierski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Pârcălab in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adolfo Carrizo saved FC Žalia Giria from getting behind. 24 minutes into the game, Saúl Gentiletti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patryk Siekierski. Saúl Gentiletti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, FC Žalia Giria's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Pârcălab came free, but Adolfo Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Swatar United FC's Chiratorn Wongsanam got a free kick in the 31st minute. Vaidas Maciulevičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patryk Siekierski having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Chiratorn Wongsanam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Pârcălab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Adolfo Carrizo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th match minute, FC Žalia Giria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vytautas Petkus to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute of the match Brian Blanco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adolfo Carrizo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Patryk Siekierski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaidas Maciulevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Swatar United FC's goalkeeper Patryk Siekierski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vaidas Maciulevičius.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saúl Gentiletti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match Swatar United FC got a corner. FC Žalia Giria's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Brian Blanco ran over to the corner to take the kick. Swatar United FC's Mario Salerno was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Adolfo Carrizo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 59 minutes into the match, FC Žalia Giria's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Pârcălab came free, but Adolfo Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Pârcălab hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Saúl Gentiletti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patryk Siekierski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Sebastian Pârcălab fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Adolfo Carrizo, passed just outside the right post. Adolfo Carrizo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Pârcălab in the 66th minute of the match. Sebastian Pârcălab hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Pârcălab in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Carrizo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute, Sebastian Pârcălab ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Carrizo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 83rd minute, Hikmet Lebib hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sebastian Pârcălab came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Swatar United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Pârcălab couldn't finish the play. After having played for 88 minutes, Saúl Gentiletti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Žalia Giria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saúl Gentiletti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Swatar United FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
