Spectators: 195 (Terracing: 147, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Epeios Solomos started the match with the kick off. Edwin Grabert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sakis Kaladosis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 played minutes Aek athens got a freekick which was hit by 于永风. After 9 minutes Aek athens's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eddie Bjurström who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynardo Lloredo in the 13th minute of play forced Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epeios Solomos took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bengt-Arne Askstedt. Bengt-Arne Askstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Savage Hippo's Bengt-Arne Askstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynardo Lloredo in the 19th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's goal looked a bit too open when Reynardo Lloredo came free, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Grabert got free with Sakis Kaladosis in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aek athens's Sakis Kaladosis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Aek athens from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd match minute, Aek athens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabián Cannavaro to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Savage Hippo's Edwin Grabert slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sakis Kaladosis. That made the score 1-1 after 32 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 于永风 in the 35th minute of play forced Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iphiklos Bentihavas took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bengt-Arne Askstedt. Bengt-Arne Askstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When Edwin Grabert came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Savage Hippo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edwin Grabert couldn't finish the play. After having played for 42 minutes, Edwin Grabert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Savage Hippo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edwin Grabert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Aek athens's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Grabert came free, but Sakis Kaladosis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynardo Lloredo in the 47th minute of play forced Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Epeios Solomos took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Bengt-Arne Askstedt to make any attempt to save it. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Bengt-Arne Askstedt successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kyknos Tsogas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt made a huge save. 88 minutes into the match, Aek athens's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Grabert came free, but Sakis Kaladosis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edwin Grabert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute Edwin Grabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Kaladosis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Edwin Grabert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sakis Kaladosis. Aek athens's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edwin Grabert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Aek athens eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
