Oliver Can made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Severo Damario sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute, Tomas Danilevičius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Bismarck was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Qiu Xi Wen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Lëtzebuerg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Mintis Vilnius the free kick. The supporters of FK Mintis Vilnius booed when FC Lëtzebuerg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qiu Xi Wen didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Bismarck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Danilevičius in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, FC Lëtzebuerg's goal looked a bit too open when Kęstutis Latoža came free, but David Bismarck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK Mintis Vilnius's Oliver Can played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serdar Gulson in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute Arūnas Pukelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Bismarck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Bismarck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grant Pustak in the 46th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Bismarck prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Danilevičius was the one to do the kick off. FC Lëtzebuerg's David Bismarck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Lëtzebuerg from getting a goal against them. 52 minutes into the game, Tomas Danilevičius recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of David Bismarck. Tomas Danilevičius showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, FC Lëtzebuerg's Serdar Gulson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. David Bismarck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grant Pustak, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, FC Lëtzebuerg's goalkeeper David Bismarck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hubertas Dabkevičius. Severo Damario hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. David Bismarck was a little too slow when Hubertas Dabkevičius got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-4. With a little luck, FC Lëtzebuerg's David Bismarck got control of the ball when Tomas Danilevičius tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Bismarck was a little too slow when Arūnas Pukelis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-5. Serdar Gulson struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Oliver Can didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Lëtzebuerg. With a little luck, FC Lëtzebuerg's David Bismarck got control of the ball when Tomas Danilevičius tried to sneak it across the goal line.
