The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes of play, River CBBA's Juan Funes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Coreas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Laureano Beltza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hugo Coreas. Cafe Viena SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Peña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. River CBBA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sergio Batista in the 12th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Cafe Viena SC's goalie and right to Endura Abechuco. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Cafe Viena SC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 14 minutes into the match, Juan Funes notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cafe Viena SC's Hugo Coreas. Hugo Coreas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 19th match minute, River CBBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Funes to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Coreas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Funes went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Hugo Coreas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Funes, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute Juan Funes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Coreas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Funes in the 34th minute of play forced Cafe Viena SC's goalkeeper Hugo Coreas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th match minute, River CBBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Abechuco to maneuver through the defense. Juan Funes took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Coreas. Hugo Coreas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Hugo Coreas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Endura Abechuco went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliazar Pimienta to make the kick off. When Endura Abechuco came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the River CBBA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Endura Abechuco couldn't finish the play. Endura Abechuco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Hugo Coreas made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Endura Abechuco got free with Hugo Coreas in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. River CBBA were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Cafe Viena SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sergio Batista took the corner. After taking down the ball on River CBBA's corner Sergio Batista fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hugo Coreas quite easily take care of the ball. In the 59th minute, Juan Funes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hugo Coreas. The goal made the score 0-6. 63 minutes into the match, River CBBA's Juan Funes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hugo Coreas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cafe Viena SC's Alfredo Villarreal got a free kick in the 64th minute. River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca was substituted for Juan Funes. River CBBA's Varis Birgelis was substituted for Cipriano Abechuco. In the 66th minute, River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hugo Coreas. Hugo Coreas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. River CBBA made a substitution. Guerau Abeitia replaced Arano Abendano. Ponciano Abarca might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Coreas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ponciano Abarca ran back to his position shaking his head. 76 minutes into the match, Ponciano Abarca notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Cafe Viena SC's Hugo Coreas. Hugo Coreas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cafe Viena SC's goalkeeper Hugo Coreas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. River CBBA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guerau Abeitia in the 80th minute. Guerau Abeitia made a great header on River CBBA's corner, it was just that Cafe Viena SC's Hugo Coreas managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Ponciano Abarca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hugo Coreas. That made the score 0-9 in the 83 minute of play. Ponciano Abarca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliazar Pimienta in the 88th minute of play forced River CBBA's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ponciano Abarca in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hugo Coreas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hugo Coreas. That made the score 0-10 after 93 minutes of play. Cafe Viena SC's Avram Filipașcu was substituted for Eliazar Pimienta. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. River CBBA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
