With an extended leg and a bit of luck Firmo Canosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Gaskon Gimeno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Firmo Canosa was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After 11 played minutes Guyu FC got a freekick which was hit by Garoa Flores. Guyu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Cacheres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Gaskon Gimeno put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Firmo Canosa. 38 minutes into the match, Henric Villaquiran notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa. Firmo Canosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gaskon Gimeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Firmo Canosa having to interfere. The Picanya FC fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Picanya FC's Henric Villaquiran looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

After 52 minutes Guyu FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Henric Villaquiran who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Henric Villaquiran almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa did a great save. In the 53rd match minute, Guyu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesco Ziguenza to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Picanya FC's Firmo Canosa threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henric Villaquiran, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 74 minutes into the match, Guyu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henric Villaquiran came free, but Firmo Canosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Picanya FC were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Guyu FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Henric Villaquiran took the corner. Francesco Ziguenza struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Naldo Roig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guyu FC. Firmo Canosa had great luck who in the 82ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Henric Villaquiran from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaskon Gimeno in the 88th minute of play forced Guyu FC's goalkeeper Firmo Canosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guyu FC's goalkeeper Firmo Canosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Guilabertus Martinez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Firmo Canosa. Guilabertus Martinez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Picanya FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
