Paulistano - DMZ's Jorge Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Kleber in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Rony Rüşti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge Campos. Rony Rüşti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guto Kleber in the 10th minute of play forced A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Campos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guto Kleber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guto Kleber who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Cristóvão Heidemann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Campos was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Thomás Pimenta's late challenge caught a Leões do Sul 53's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Custódio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C. Paulistano - DMZ. With a little luck, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Jorge Campos got control of the ball when Guto Kleber tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, A.C. Guto Kleber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leandro Custódio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim de Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boruc Marut stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Leões do Sul 53's Leandro Custódio got control of the ball when Ioan Mavrodin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd match minute, Leões do Sul 53 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hílton Britto to maneuver through the defense. David Lizana charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Lizana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 64 played minutes A.C. Paulistano - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by David Lizana. Joaquim de Castro came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leandro Custódio could save by the left post. In the 71stth minute of the game Christiano Barreto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Jorge Campos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 74th match minute, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvério de Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. When Leões do Sul 53's Guto Kleber in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.C. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Toninho Gonçalves during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The goalkeeper, Leandro Custódio, was totally fooled by A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Haciqämbär Carabajal, who 94 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Boruc Marut took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Leandro Custódio to make any attempt to save it. Despite being the better team, Leões do Sul 53 failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
