In the 5th minute of the match, Maicon Abreu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Donato Souza was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 9th minute Horácio Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Red Dragon FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Robinho Toledo hit a great ball. Donato Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Maicon Abreu struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Donato Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Dragon FC - DMZ. Maicon Abreu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Donato Souza made a huge save. In the 21st minute, Filip Felenak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute Edmundo Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adilson de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Donato Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Felenak in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Maicon Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Renascer's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Felenak came free, but Donato Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Maicon Abreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th match minute, Red Dragon FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robinho Toledo to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Luisão Favoretto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Renascer booed when Red Dragon FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robinho Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 minutes of play, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donato Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Renascer's Donato Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Felenak in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Red Dragon FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Adilson de Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Donato Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Felenak in the 63rd minute of play. Renascer's Donato Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Abreu in the 68th minute of play. Donato Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Mané Heidemann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Abreu in the 80th minute of play forced Renascer's goalkeeper Donato Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maicon Abreu took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donato Souza. Donato Souza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Donato Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maicon Abreu went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Luisão Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maicon Abreu in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Souza saved Renascer from getting behind. Renascer's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
