Ulisses Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Reis in the 3rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urtzi Zamorano got free with Ulisses Souza in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulisses Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urtzi Zamorano in the 13th minute of the match. Femke Bol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelo Loyola in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Femke Bol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ulisses Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Reis in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match Figueira SC FSCMZ got a corner. Corti's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Caetano Tasso ran over to the corner to take the kick. Figueira SC FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Corti's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Caetano Tasso took the corner. The corner led Figueira SC FSCMZ's Caetano Tasso to fire away a dangerous shot which Ulisses Souza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ulisses Souza made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Urtzi Zamorano sent off a good shot on target. Ulisses Souza was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pastor Hartz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. Femke Bol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Loyola in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Hartz in the 34th minute of play forced Corti's goalkeeper Ulisses Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Pastor Hartz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corti's Ulisses Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urtzi Zamorano in the 38th minute of play. Ali Emir Ayık kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Pastor Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ulisses Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yuri Reis to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Figueira SC FSCMZ booed when Corti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmílson Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 51st minute Urtzi Zamorano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute Pastor Hartz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Corti's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Caetano Tasso was slow to take the kick. During this time Figueira SC FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. Dadá Macedo charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dadá Macedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th match minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dadá Macedo to maneuver through the defense. After 57 played minutes Figueira SC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Dadá Macedo. Femke Bol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Loyola in the 67th minute of the match. Femke Bol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Loyola went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urtzi Zamorano in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulisses Souza saved Corti from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Corti's zone, Abelardo Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulisses Souza came out of the goal and Abelardo Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Corti getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Sidnei Correia hit a great ball. Yuri Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulisses Souza having to interfere. After 81 minutes of play, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Urtzi Zamorano made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulisses Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Figueira SC FSCMZ's Caetano Tasso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ulisses Souza in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Angelo Loyola struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Femke Bol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corti. If Yuri Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adriano Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Femke Bol made a huge save. Figueira SC FSCMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
