Erik Vihonský's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Cássio da Silva skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolae Siclovan during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicolae Siclovan kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Cássio da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khaidir Sopandi in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute of the match, Khaidir Sopandi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cássio da Silva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cássio da Silva made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Erik Vihonský sent off a good shot on target. After 17 minutes, Erik Vihonský made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cachaça FC's Cássio da Silva tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 played minutes Cachaça FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Mendonça. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Erik Vihonský took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Cássio da Silva to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Vihonský got free with Cássio da Silva in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Cachaça FC's goalkeeper Cássio da Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Khaidir Sopandi. 46 minutes into the game, Cachaça FC's Nicolae Siclovan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kjell Sjöö made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Vihonský to make the kick off. The supporters of Cachaça FC booed when Curiphila Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vince Van Hooveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 minutes, Júnior Luz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cachaça FC and the Curiphila Eagles players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Cachaça FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Curiphila Eagles:s goal. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for Curiphila Eagles. Nico Cunha stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cássio da Silva. 5-1. Waldir de Amaral was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 88 minutes into the match. After 89 played minutes Curiphila Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Waldir de Amaral. Curiphila Eagles's Kjell Sjöö proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Curiphila Eagles from getting a goal against them. 93 minutes into the match, Lúcio Sá notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Cachaça FC's Cássio da Silva. Cássio da Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 96th minute Piearres Holgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio da Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cássio da Silva didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Curiphila Eagles's Lúcio Sá shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 7-1 in the ordered_time% minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cachaça FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Curiphila Eagles.
