In the 14th match minute, Pistolero Tricolor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Bela came free, but Hansjörg Wastl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto Prata in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fang Bing Lei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hansjörg Wastl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Bela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Zé Ivakin hit a great ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Norberto Prata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pistolero Tricolor FC's Fang Bing Lei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Norberto Prata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Prata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ made a substitution. Henrique Borges replaced Norberto Prata. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernandão Trigo was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Henrique Borges's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fang Bing Lei was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. After 55 minutes Pistolero Tricolor FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Naldo Valladares who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Naldo Valladares got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fang Bing Lei quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Domingues in the 61st minute of play forced Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalkeeper Hansjörg Wastl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Bela in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hansjörg Wastl saved Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ from getting behind. Pistolero Tricolor FC's Fang Bing Lei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Pistolero Tricolor FC from getting a goal against them. After 80 minutes, Baldomero Hermon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ and the Pistolero Tricolor FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 80 played minutes Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Hermon. In the 81st minute Jairo Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hansjörg Wastl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Felippe Pitta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Claudinei Dionísio in the 84 minute of the game. Fang Bing Lei came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Henrique Borges. But to his dismay, Henrique Borges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thiago Xavier lost his temper 90 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pistolero Tricolor FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Pistolero Tricolor FC:s Fang Bing Lei showed great skill when he stopped Henrique Borges:s penalty.
