In the 15th minute, Bon Čáp reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luiz Fabiano Cruz. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 21st match minute, C.R. Vallongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anísio Matorin to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to C.R. The corner ended in Teodoro Queirós almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MINEIROS's Thommy Jadis did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bon Čáp got free with Luiz Fabiano Cruz in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 72nd minute Bon Čáp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fabiano Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Luiz Fabiano Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the MINEIROS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
