Spectators: 163 (Terracing: 123, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Aversa's Gísli Langnickel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Aang Pitono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Fiordelisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Aversa's Aang Pitono nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Attilio Fiordelisi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Aversa's Ferdinando Cesarini in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Mims's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Aversa's zone, Emilio Grimaldi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emory Øien came out of the goal and Emilio Grimaldi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Attilio Fiordelisi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gísli Langnickel, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Attilio Fiordelisi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Fulgenzi in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Emilio Grimaldi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aversa's Emory Øien was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Attilio Fiordelisi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gísli Langnickel in the 26th minute of play. Attilio Fiordelisi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Fulgenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aang Pitono in the 34th minute of play. Attilio Fiordelisi came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Aversa's Lotan Frøne. But to his dismay, Lotan Frøne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 46th minute, Gísli Langnickel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Attilio Fiordelisi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilio Grimaldi was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi got control of the ball when Aang Pitono tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emilio Grimaldi struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Emory Øien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Mims. The supporters of Aversa booed when FC Mims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercole Trivelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fedele Carnevale hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Gísli Langnickel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aversa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After 66 played minutes Aversa got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Cesarini. Aversa's Beppe Berardinelli was substituted for Anselmo Fulgenzi. After a rather tough play, Aversa's Ferdinando Cesarini got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 78th minute Gísli Langnickel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Fiordelisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Attilio Fiordelisi came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Aversa's Gísli Langnickel. But to his dismay, Gísli Langnickel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gísli Langnickel in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attilio Fiordelisi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eerik Eha in the 90th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Attilio Fiordelisi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gísli Langnickel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attilio Fiordelisi having to interfere. If Frank Di Meo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Aversa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Mims throughout the match.
