In the 8th minute Girondins4Ever were awarded a corner. Gaétan Rémetter went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Girondins4Ever's Gaétan Rémetter to fire away a dangerous shot which Ewan Davin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 10 minutes, Christian Alves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Girondins4Ever and the La Scaloneta players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, one of Girondins4Ever:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Girondins4Ever. Girondins4Ever:s Zygmunt Bochinski showed great skill when he stopped Madjid Pauly:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichifor Nimass in the 15th minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Ewan Davin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nichifor Nimass took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ewan Davin. Ewan Davin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After having played for 20 minutes, Nichifor Nimass managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Girondins4Ever's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nichifor Nimass was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaétan Rémetter in the 24th minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Ewan Davin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Girondins4Ever's Zygmunt Bochinski got control of the ball when Pierre Dole tried to sneak it across the goal line. John Costes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Zygmunt Bochinski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 31st minute Nichifor Nimass shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ewan Davin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nichifor Nimass blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ewan Davin having to make a save. After the first half Girondins4Ever were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 56th minute, Girondins4Ever's Nichifor Nimass dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Darren Teisseire's late challenge caught a Girondins4Ever's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darren Teisseire helped the player get up and apologised. Darren Teisseire hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. La Scaloneta's Ewan Davin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save La Scaloneta from getting a goal against them. If Nichifor Nimass had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nichifor Nimass came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ewan Davin could save by the left post. 68 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Gaétan Rémetter came free, but Ewan Davin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Girondins4Ever's Nichifor Nimass sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ewan Davin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nichifor Nimass could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Ewan Davin made a huge save. Nichifor Nimass received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ewan Davin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Girondins4Ever made a substitution. Igor Thibault replaced Dorian Colle. Girondins4Ever's Daniel Poiré was substituted for Nichifor Nimass. 80 minutes into the game, Daniel Poiré recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ewan Davin. Daniel Poiré showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 83rd minute, John Costes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Scaloneta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. After a rather tough play, La Scaloneta's Jackson Saulnier got a free kick in the 87th minute. Ewan Davin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Poiré showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 89 minute of play. When Igor Thibault fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Girondins4Ever's protests and gave Igor Thibault a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Girondins4Ever's Igor Thibault got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Martin Engrand hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the match was over Girondins4Ever could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than La Scaloneta throughout the match.
