Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Mondaca scored 0-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arkın Taşboğa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arkın Taşboğa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Mondaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 38 minutes of play, Magallanes's Juan Mondaca made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arkın Taşboğa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the game, Juan Mondaca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Arkın Taşboğa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arkın Taşboğa came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Magallanes's Juan Mondaca. But to his dismay, Juan Mondaca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
