The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Aytuğ Çelen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutlay Esendağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of ATALAR61 booed when AN&KARASİPAHİLER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Efe Dervişoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Konrad Kruusamäes short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Kutlay Esendağ to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kutlay Esendağ made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Konrad Kruusamäe sent off a good shot on target. Konrad Kruusamäe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Kutlay Esendağ skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kutlay Esendağ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Kruusamäe in the 12th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Aytuğ Çelen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutlay Esendağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konrad Kruusamäe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After having played for 30 minutes, Konrad Kruusamäe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AN&KARASİPAHİLER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konrad Kruusamäe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in AN&KARASİPAHİLER's zone, Rachid Rion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Semih Ayyıldız came out of the goal and Rachid Rion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Kutlay Esendağ managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when AN&KARASİPAHİLER's Konrad Kruusamäe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When AN&KARASİPAHİLER's Konrad Kruusamäe in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. AN&KARASİPAHİLER's Cosmin Iureș got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Konrad Kruusamäe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Kutlay Esendağ made a huge save. Konrad Kruusamäes short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Kutlay Esendağ to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rolf Billock to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Rolf Billock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semih Ayyıldız saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute, Güngör Rasif got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Konrad Kruusamäe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Güngör Rasif in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kutlay Esendağ prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes into the match, ATALAR61's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Kruusamäe came free, but Kutlay Esendağ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kutlay Esendağ stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Konrad Kruusamäe's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Kutlay Esendağ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Kruusamäe in the 67th minute of play. Ahmet Efe Dervişoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Ahmet Efe Dervişoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 played minutes ATALAR61 got a freekick which was hit by Rachid Rion. Kutlay Esendağ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aytuğ Çelen in the 74th minute of the match. Güngör Rasif made a great header on AN&KARASİPAHİLER's corner, it was just that ATALAR61's Kutlay Esendağ managed to reach the ball for a save. ATALAR61's Kutlay Esendağ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Kruusamäe in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute Cosmin Iureș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutlay Esendağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolf Billock kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Kutlay Esendağ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güngör Rasif in the 83rd minute of the match. Güngör Rasif was slow to take the kick. During this time AN&KARASİPAHİLER's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on AN&KARASİPAHİLER's corner Güngör Rasif fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kutlay Esendağ quite easily take care of the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Gökhan Tore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ATALAR61's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AN&KARASİPAHİLER the free kick. In the 91st minute, one of ATALAR61:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ATALAR61. Güngör Rasif walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. AN&KARASİPAHİLER's Cosmin Iureș got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
